## Questions & Answers

**Q: my blinds have the cord with beads on them. will this type of cord run freely through the weight?**
A: This weight goes on the other, non beaded, cord. The beaded cord control the twist of the blinds, this one is for opening them

**Q: How to fit cord weights**
A: You can see from the picture of the chord weight, its in 2 parts. An outer case, and an inner part with a wheel. Loop the chord over the wheel, and insert it back into the case. Its as simple as that. If the weight is too low to the ground (take care if you have children as the chord can become a danger to them if they can reach it), then you go to your curtain track and shorten the length of the chord by following the instructions that came with the curtain track.

## Customer Reviews

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great replacement

A great replacement at a reasonable cist

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ These weights are really weighty!!
*by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 27 September 2020*

I found that for cords that run horizontally these weights were completely useless, seemingly incapable of performing the simple task for which they were designed. However, when applied to vertical cords these weights were fantastic and the difference was quite amazing - like chalk and cheese! These weights are very finely balanced, somehow managing, beyond all expectation, to hit that sweet spot between being too heavy and being too light! They are indeed a miracle of modern engineering; my cords have never hung so vertically straight and yet performed so smoothly. I can highly recommend these weights to anyone with vertical cords, although I do think that Amazon and the manufacturer should make it clear they are unsuitable for horizontal cords.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Four Stars

Does the job just fine. No problems with it. Suitable weight.
