Robust & smooth gliding
Brilliant. It is what I needed and expected. It's definitely a robust, quality item that will last. And not only does it look the part, but it thankfully glides smoothly too. If I really wanted to be picky, the only thing I could say is that the front two screws are a tad finicky. But as long as you accept that you need to drill them in at more of an angle (due to space limitations of the other parts), you quickly realise that it isnt actually an issue, because once you start drilling, the screw somehow manages to move into its place. Once you get into the grove of one or two you're on a roll, and it soon will feel an easy install. All round, it's been a well worth it.

Exactly as described!
Strong and sturdy item - easy to fit and works well in an over stairs deep cupboard. It has made an awkward cupboard into a large wardrobe!! So pleased with product and have already recommended it to friends.

Nice product,
Really pleased with this. It feels sturdy and well made. We installed it under our stairs in the cupboard to hold coats and it seems to be coping with the kids pulling it out at least 10 times a day! Quite a smooth action and was easy to install

Fit for purpose and effective valet rod
Really like this in my wardrobe for temporarily hanging things separately (either to steam or to wear for next day). Well made, solid and now my husband wants in on his side of the wardrobe! One star lost because the slide mechanism doesnโt glide super smoothly - but thatโs preferable to it rattling

Stank of urine
Was mid installation, until I noticed the unmistakable rancid dank of urine INSIDE the rail after expanding it... How disgusting.
