A supplement to lower blood sugar that you can drink after a meal.
Price is ok, this product is good for lowering your blood sugar. But to be sure that it’s a supplement not a medicine.

DIURETIC
The taste is truly bitter and something you have to get used to. Initially, I was going to the bathroom (urinating) all of the time, which is one of the side effects from what I read but that seemed to slack off as I continue to drink the tea. I drink it two times sometimes three times a day after meals. Not sure of other reported benefits, as I don’t get bloodwork done again until November. I gave it four stars anyway

Good taste despite no sugar
Bought for someone who has no tolerance for sugar in her tea. The taste is very true to bitter melon but not in a nasty way. 60 bags honestly lasts quite long, at least several weeks, if you drink every couple of days for health benefits.

TASTELESS!
So wanted to like this product but it's tasteless, even with two tea bags per cup. Not returnable. Not worth any money! Try something else!! Update: Because it can't be returned, I tried multiple bags in my cup and until it was decent. Just keep adding bags to your cup/pot until you get the taste you want!
