Review: La console si presenta bene, la sensazione dei jog motorizzati è davvero simile a quella di un normale 45 giri. Il fader premium è piuttosto buono. L'Unica pecca è il software incluso, djuced è completo ma ha un sistema di time stretch decisamente mediocre rispetto a serato, e serato lite ha troppe limitazioni rispetto al potenziale della console, però per questo prezzo, ci può stare.
Review: I started DJ’ing about two years ago. I purchased the premium gold Inpulse 500. This was an excellent controller for a beginner. Needless to say, I was very excited when the T7 was announced. So I purchased standard T7 in December 2023. First, I was disappointed to find that Hercules released a premium gold version two months later in Canada, but it was too late for me to return the standard edition. I would have happily spent the extra $100 for the premium. My second issue is that the box was slightly damaged. I’m not sure if this had any effect on the controller. My third issue is that the crossfader is sticky. If the unit has been sitting, the first time I touch the cross fader requires consider force to move it. It’s almost as if it’s locked. I have to nudge it quite hard to loosen it. At first I thought, maybe I will buy Innofader upgrade. But then I see Hercules released their own performance crossfader, which also comes on premium gold T7. Again, not a good look Hercules. My next issue, is the biggest issue of all. The controller will randomly stop working. Audio works, but all lights/LED’s turn off. Effects, faders, paddles all stop working. I know the unit still has power because the platters are still spinning. The platters are the only thing that works. See attached video. How can I use this for gigs? I cannot trust that it will not shut down in the middle of my set. I’m not sure if I got a lemon/bad unit, but I am passed the return period, so I am stuck with it. I regret purchasing the T7. Very disappointing experience with T7, especially since Inpulse 500 was so good. Maybe the premium gold is better quality, but this standard version sucks. I should have spent extra few hundred dollars and got Rane1.
