I've used several streaming devices over the years, and this Fire TV Stick has been one of the best. Setup was quick and easy, the interface is fast, and apps load without any issues. The picture quality looks great, and the remote is simple to use. Streaming movies, shows, and live TV has been smooth with very little buffering. For the price, it offers a lot of features and works exactly as expected. Definitely a worthwhile upgrade and an easy recommendation. Five stars!

Really does more than I thought . And, it does it fast. Setup was a breeze with an Amazon account. It down loads content from various sources with no problems. Also, during Prime Days it’s a steal. Worth every penny. .

Great streaming stick. The apps in my smart tv started becoming sloe and laggy, but the picture itself is still good. This revived my tv. It is amazing. I got it on sale, but even at the regular price of $60 it is a great deal. Definitely recommend.

I upgraded to the Fire TV Stick 4K Max, and it’s been a big improvement. Setup was quick, and everything runs fast and smooth. Apps open quickly, and streaming quality looks great in 4K.The remote is simple to use, and the voice search actually works pretty well. I also noticed better Wi-Fi performance compared to older streaming devices I’ve used.It’s compact, easy to install, and makes the TV feel much more modern. Overall, great performance for the price and definitely worth it if you stream a lot.

OK, have had for a few months now. Biggest problem is that it's tricky to get the thing to work without pulling the power cord and re-inserting it to get my Vizio TV to "see" it on startup. When I first got it, when I turned the TV on, it would not find the device a lot. This happened about 50% of the time starting the TV. After research and playing around, the following works best for me, but is not a guarantee that the TV will see it EVERY time.1. I always use the Vizio remote to power up and power down the TV, NOT the firestick remote from the firestick input. This means when you turn the TV OFF, turn it off AFTER hitting the HOME button on the Vizio remote, and then OFF from there.2. On occasion, RESTART the firestick using the settings on the firestick remote.3. Sometimes I still have to remove the power cord from the firestick, wait 30 seconds, and then re-plug the power cord to get the TV to "see" it again. For this, I bought a 3 foot HDMI dongle to make access to the firestick easier. Recommended especially if it's difficult to get behind your TV.The above steps greatly reduced the frequency with which my TV would fail to see the firestick input.That all being said, the Firestick Max performance is outstanding. No more lag and stutter that I used to get watching live sports and other broadcasts using the Vizio TV's native input. It was horrible watch NFL games before installing the stick. Works well, with some caveats.

The picture quality and all of the features are is way better than on this Roku Streaming Player that I had purchased for over $70+ dollars and used before buying this one. In every way imaginable the Amazon Fire TV Stick 4k Max exceeds and is extremely superior to Roku and any other streaming app device I have ever used. This is the best upgrade to my TV to date! I have connected it to my Amazon Alexa App & Amazon Echo Show 8, so the Artificial Intelligence intuitiveness and ease of use is absolutely phenomenal! I am very pleased and satisfied with this purchase. I use it for Hulu+Live Tv (best picture quality I have and a huge upgrade from the Roku Streaming Player I was using that was more than the double the price for this very affordable and exceptional Quad-Core processor 4k Max Fire Tv and no lag at all from my room!). Amazon does it again! Being the best and absolutely making a very high-quality product. I also use it for other apps as well such as Amazon Prime Video, Fire Tv Free Channels (These are very interesting free channels and I love that they have so many fascinating free channels on here in terms of current events like News, Business/Economy, Shopping/Spending Tips, Health & Fitness, Entertainment for all ages, lots of variety of shows, etc. that you will enjoy all for FREE!). I also have the NETFLIX app on here that I love to watch. Disney Plus because it comes free with my Hulu+Live Tv Bundle. The recommendations are intriguing and informative. The remote control is very easy to use. The Fire Tv 4k Max stick goes behind your tv, so you never actually see it and it doesn't cause a mess or need to be close to any receiver and the remote functions extraordinarily- again tremendously better than any Roku devices that I have ever used and our Family has used a lot of Roku in the past. I wish I would have made the switch to Amazon Fire Tv sooner, but it is better late than never! I only have experience with this Amazon Fire Tv Stick 4k Max and I strongly recommend it! This is definitely one of the easiest 5/5 ratings I've ever done. Videos on the Youtube app even look and sound better on this device! Trust me when I say the price is definitely worth all that you are getting with this new upgraded technology offered by Amazon Prime! I'm very happy that I took the risk and bought one, especially with Amazon Prime's amazing free return policy you have absolutely nothing to lose and everything to gain with more quality, comfort and the best technology for your home entertainment experience! By the way, the modem I am connected to wirelessly with this Fire Tv 4k Max streaming device is over 20 feet away and the connection is absolutely the best with clear volume and I don't have to worry about a bunch long cables and streaming players being all over the place causing a mess anymore as this is a very high-quality and super-charged performing streaming player engineered by some of the best minds in the World! I honestly don't know much about this sort of thing. My wife has assembled a Karaoke room and uses the Fire TV Stick to put her videos on the big screen. She reports that it works very well, so if she is happy then I am happy. The controls are easy and responsive. The original battery is still going strong. I cannot speak to the variety it offers because it is only being used for this one purpose, which provides an enormous amount of entertainment to my wife and her friends. There have been no compatibility issues with the TV screen or our home wifi.
