Inside the box is the matte box itself, 4 x lens ring adapters (ø67/72/77/82-95mm), and a user manual.The main matte box sections feels reasonably well made and has a good finish throughout. The plastic used is not the best, however this is to be expected on a budget product and it does the job. I was a little more disappointed with the tray mechanism though which feels a quite flimsy.The matte box can attach directly to lenses with a ø95 filter thread. Alternatively 4 adapters are included that allow you to attach it to lenses with ø67, ø72, ø77 and ø82 filter threads. And of course, you can always use step up rings on lenses with filter thread sizes different to these.It is good to see a barn door included on a budget matte box, and the mechanism works well. It is also a nice bonus that you can remove the barn door completely should you wish to.In use the matte box worked well. Being lightweight it didn’t cause any issues with the handling of my camera. The trays are a little fiddly to handle so you can’t necessarily do fast changes, but this has been the same on other budget matte boxes I have tried in the past. The locking mechanism for the filters also does not feel as secure as I would like, but despite my misgivings, the filters have remained locked in place without any issues.In conclusion this is a good budget matte box. The materials used could be better and the filter tray and locking mechanisms could definitely be improved, but they are perfectly acceptable given the low price, and still do the job well.~ Amazon asked me to review this product and to give my honest and impartial opinion about it.
