Long Reach Bathing Set - Toe Wash and Sponge - Disability Bathing Aid for Joint Problems

Delivered fast, good quality and found it to be of great help

I'm actually really pleased with the device. Due to arthritis, I haven't been ablt to bend my right knee far enough to let me clean between the toes and athletes foot was a concern. This device has made my foot hygiene so much better. My one concern relates to the little yellow sponge at the business end. After only 2 or 3 weeks, it's beginning to drsintegrate. The device came with 2 spare sponges which easily clip into place My concern is that the spares won't last long either and I don't see any if the sponges on sale. It will annoy me if I have to spend £10 on a new device just because I can't spend 10 pence on a bit of sponge for it.

Perfect for showering if you can't bend

Not too impressed. Too expensive and less efficient for the purpose.

This equipment is ideal for cleaning between the toes ….it is perfect for people with flexibility problems and for those who, like me, have a swollen foot which makes proper foot hygiene difficult

Good strong handy tool for reaching those parts of the body you can no longer reach. The brush is firm but not scratchy The foam pads I found fine - give your toes a good tickle! You get 3 sponges with the original brush and I note that you can buy spares using the code B074Z2JQC1 at £4.99 for 3 when I posted this. I think I would benefit with a brush at the very end of the handle but overall as a dual purchase item I was quite impressed with this one.

I've had a few of these over the years and they are built to break quickly on the handle where you cannot fix it. Lots more need to be bought but of course, you can't buy them anywhere any more. Then what do people like me with disabilities and poor mobility do? Not your problem? Yes that's what the entire world seems to think.

I bought this for my mum who cannot bend due to hip problems and whilst the brush seems ok the plastic on the sponge attachment has broken with only a few uses. Good job there are some spares but I will not be buying any more. Not a cost effective item if you can only use it a few times.
