I had been seeing these Just Bare chicken strips come up quite a bit and finally decided to give them a try instead of breading my own chicken or buying my usual brand. I was pleasantly surprised! I prepared them in my air fryer according to the directions on the bag, making three or four pieces each for my husband and me, and served them with a sweet potato. They came out crispy on the outside while the chicken stayed moist and tender inside. What really stood out to me was the light breading. It wasn't that thick, heavy coating I've found on some other frozen chicken strips, and it didn't have an overly salty taste. The best way I can describe it is that these had a nice, clean chicken flavor with a light, fresh-tasting breading. And most importantly, there was actually a good piece of chicken underneath that breading, not something that tasted processed or had the texture of cardboard! I was hesitant to order the spicy version before knowing whether I would like this brand, but now that I've tried these, the spicy chicken will definitely be going into my next Fresh order. This turned out to be a great new find for us and something I would happily purchase again.

These have officially become a staple in my house, which is saying a lot because I am extremely picky when it comes to pre-packaged frozen poultry. If I bite into one weird chewy, rubbery, questionable piece, I’m basically done with the entire bag. 😂 These are consistently solid white meat without those gross chewy or mystery-texture pieces you sometimes get with frozen chicken. The breading is light, so you’re actually getting chicken instead of a tiny piece of meat buried underneath an inch of breading. They’re also incredibly convenient. Throw them in the air fryer and you have an easy lunch, dinner, salad topping, wrap, or whatever else in minutes. Plus, with 16g of protein, they’re an easy way to add some protein without having to actually cook chicken from scratch. I’ve bought these repeatedly and will continue to. Definitely one of the better frozen chicken options I’ve found.

These chicken tenders were great! They were nice and meaty although they were a little bit greasy. We just used a paper towel to block that off. They cooked in the toaster oven for about 22 minutes & golden brown when finished. I would definitely buy these again. The photo below shows approximately 3/4 of the bag cooked.

Very good. They brown & crisp up nicely in the oven (not microwave!) and they’re very tasty — no off tastes , no aftertastes. Pure ingredients. A concern to some who need less sodium: these are salty. Not too… but def salty

You get about 12 strips in a bag and the coating is very good and isn't thick. I did have to bake them longer than instructions as the coating was still soggy and the chicken was spongy so I baked them longer. I still didn't get a crispy coating but they were good. I deducted a star because I think these are over priced at over $9 a bag but everything is going up. I will buy again because they are the best flavored chicken strips I have found.

Hands down best frozen chicken I've ever had. I'll never buy that other garbage again. You can absolutely taste the quality, I hope it stays the same because this has been the only brand so far that's consistently without nasty pieces here and there. Also I almost didn't try it since it says lightly breaded and my kid and I are 100% heavy breading types. Surprisingly just the right amount of breading. If you're tired of wanting a quick bite of something that isn't going to end up killing you this is one of very few left out there which you can instantly tell the company cares what they put in the bag.

Definitely our choice and it’s exactly the way you see in the pictures there’s really barely any fat on them. It is very very lightly breaded and you can smell the goodness so they smell great. They taste great. They’re large portions and definitely healthier for our families as a mom. This is certainly the only kind that I’ll purchase going forward. High-quality and ingredients are natural freshness is on point capability is perfect. Air fryer works great cooking performance is A+ thickness is perfect.
