Arrived today April 19, 2019. First thing the UPS guy says, this box has been on my truck all day "Banging around at every stop". I looked at him and said do you really want to say that? Hope there are no issues. Well there are issues. In the pictures above; Part Number 29 Backrest Pad has a nice tear; Part Number13 Foot Rest made of plastic on the right side is broken; Part Number 38 Handle Bar has a tear in the foam padding on the handle bar and was bent. The product overall was very easy to put together, very easy to learn how to use; but for such an expensive piece of equipment WHY? Also it arriving LATE; but arriving on Birthday and it NOT be PERFECT!!!! Also, checking the Amazon site to contact Seller, there is no longer that ability, WHY???? I need these pieces replace; to tear it down and it weighs over 101 lbs, box is really banged up (can send pictures if needed); I just want the parts, so we can MOVE on... I really think this is going to be a great help to my husbands overall health. Plus it is made STURDY....If I can get the parts then I'll be happy. I will not use it because it is difficult to get it set so you can flip over and then back again without getting stuck in the middle.
