Review: An excellent all round cool/warm pad - The strap is versatile and handy. Not used it yet for pain relief but found it works really well in helping me to cool down during this current UK heatwave. The price and quality makes it really good value for money. The pads are a little on the large side to make them portable. I read some reviews about them bursting in the freezer. And also read the instructions about only freezing them for a couple hours. But I wanted something I could keep stored in a cool place and use whenever needed. So decide it was worth buying them to experiment with keeping them in the fridge 24/7 ready for immediate use. This has worked brilliantly. When I take them out of the fridge they are good to use for up to one hour. And they take about the same amount of time to chill down again in fridge ready for the next use. Haven't tried heating them up in the microwave yet. I'll wait for the winter to give that one a go.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Stays cold the longest!

The only cold pack I have found that stays properly cold for over 20 minutes! The wrapping and velcro ok, but tends to fray after a while. Overall a great product, does the job and good value for money!
