Works great. The extra material on the bottom of these jack stands is nice and seems more stable in the floor.

Good set of jack stands. They feel solid and stable, the wide base gives me confidence when supporting the car, and the double-locking mechanism is a nice extra safety feature. Adjustment is straightforward and they have worked well every time I have used them. Overall, sturdy, simple, and exactly what I wanted from a set of 3-ton jack stands.

I do a ton of car work at home so habvng jack stands is a must. They're well made and beefy without weighing a ton. They're obviously height adjustable with a beefy locking pin and handle system. I wish the bottoms had some rubber or something to grip the concrete and some rubber pads for the jack points. Because they do slide on concrete pretty easily so be wary and I hate having the metal jack right onto my car so I use my own little rubber cut outs as pads. Also after using them about a dozen times I've notice they're not "level" anymore and wobble a bit. Not sure if that's some bending or what but it definitely makes me nervous at times. No obvious breaking or wearing but having wobbly jack stands aren't very good.

I needed a new Jack stand and choose the right one! I highly recommended this stand for strength, price, and safety features. The legs flare and pin add extra security as you raise the jack, 3 tons is a great weight limit. For strength it feels like 4.5 out of 5. On flat even ground this is very stable, not recommended on grass and be careful on asphalt use a piece of plywood 12x12 underneath. I used it on asphalt with out issues but your mileage will vary. If you have a large truck or suv go for the 6 ton. This is my favorite Jack stand and I will probably purchase an extra set, changing tires, brake jobs, and etc ....stop reading and make this purchase now.

These were great, They have a safety pin and quick release. They distribute the load very well on my Asphalt driveway as they have small surface plates.
