I was in my early 40s and I live in Central California. Some weeks I had to have two allergy injections as I was tested and we found I was allergic to 5 types of field weeds and seeds and also mold. I was miserable. At that time I was beteeen marriages and I met a gal who was a Nutritionist and A Certified Chef.
