I'm hard pressed to find something I could reasonably complain about. They are 3 pin so they go full throttle all the time. As I use these as the bottom intake it works out well to keep my passive hardware cooler. I actually recommend running fans at different speeds. It helps with noise. These aren't too loud nor move too much air. Paired with a mesh screen to keep dust an debris out. Perfect for a bottom to top exhaust flow.
