Water-based solvents are best because of the heater and the fumes Amazon sells the solvent as well

is this item suitable for white spirits?

I WON'T use any thing that could be flammable, I have used a low foam water base de-greaser and it works great.

Excellent

We were pleasantly surprised by the great quality of this piece of sturdy kit. There was an issue with a faulty connection on the circuit board which we had put right professionally so that it was safe to use for a small cost but, in the scheme of things and taking into consideration the extremely reasonable price of this parts washer, we didn't consider this a massive problem. When we contacted the sellers regarding delivery we found staff to be very heplful, polite and accommodating.
