Please will these work for a screw diameter of 4mm?** A: No, 4mm is too small for use with these Rawlplugs. The ones you want are Yellow, or possibly Red. Note these colours are for genuine Rawlplugs, other companies make similar plugs but there is no standard for the colours unfortunately. Look for Rawlpug Uno range K-05 or K-06, but you also need to check the length of the screws. **Q: Does "8 x 32" mean these are size 8?** A: Yes you will need a 8mill drill bit **Q: how much weight does it hold per 1 plug?** A: I used them on a concrete fence slab that was already cracked because I have a big dog jumping at the fence it's held the batons in place rock solid not moved or loosened **Q: Do these have anti-rotation fins? It's not clear in the photo.** A: About half way down are 2 small 'flaps' that stand out from the body. They look as though they are 'anti-pull out' fins but I expect they would also help to prevent roation. If you hover over the small view it should come up in enlarged form.
