Review: Honest review - I usually don’t do this, but on this one I have to. I bought this to use for my small business thinking it would help. It has been nothing but a pain since I received it. I have spent more money on it than I would like to admit trying to fix it. The maintenance box chips don’t fit the slot assigned for it, they only last a couple uses, the ink doesn’t print right, the white ink only prints when it wants to. It is cheaply made for such a high price. I have had mine for a while now, so I can’t return it. By the way there is a hefty return fee. Just save your money and buy a better quality printer.
Review: First time use and set up - The customer service was A1!!!!!!. You have to text them but he cane right on and set up everything within mins. And I'm PRINTING !!!!! GREAT COMPANY

### ⭐ Don't buy it's not worth your money
*by J***O on August 31, 2024*

I have had nothing but problems with getting this printer to work. First you have a counting chip in the printer so before trying to print you have to do a print cleaning. If the print don't come out you have to repeat that print over and over again. So betime you get to being able to print you have to put a new counting chip in. You can't find this counting chip any where. The spare parts for this printer can't be found any where. It's a waste of time and money. If I wouldn't have waited 6 months to open the box I would have returned this back to them.. I don't recommend buying. Can't find proper parts and chips for this 😕
