The URL inside the box (for the manual) didn't work and so I had to email the Company - got a prompt and helpful response. My reluctance to give a full 5 * review relates to the black "dimpled" ball. It's formed from 2 halves "glued" together and, for about half the circumference, the seam is raised and sharp. This means you have to get the ball in the correct position to make sure the seam doesn't dig into you (it's so sharp that, when you run a finger along it, it almost feels like it could slice skin). I've actually found myself using the pain, rubber ball more. When a muscle is actually at the point where pressing on it is painful - you really don't want something spikey in there.
