Great on Popcorn
The whole family uses brewer's yeast on their popcorn and we eat a lot of popcorn. The favor adds a bit of nuttiness and the extra protein keeps my nutritionist happy

Avoid this Nutritional Yeast unless you like the smell of your dogs ear infections as a flavor.
I went to purchase Nutritional Yeast for my vegetables and normally get Braggs, but there wasn’t any, so I picked up this one instead. I was a little irritated that they sold it in a 3.1oz container yet only 1/3 of the container was actually filled with product, but it was all they had. I made it with my dish last night and it tasted fine- you would think they would taste the same for the most part right? WRONG. I popped the container in the microwave to reheat my vegetables, took one bite, and gagged. It tasted like how my dogs ear infections smelled. Someone else had mentioned this and I thought it was an odd comment but it makes so much sense now that I’ve tried it. I now have 5 more days worth of ear infection prep meals that I need to consume and it makes me sad. Do yourself a favor and stick to Braggs. It does NOT do that, even after a few days.
