Non si può usare nelle slot PCI-e, causerebbe un corto. Le frecce disegnate sulla scheda devono sempre puntare verso la parte posteriore del computer (quella con i connettori per tastiera, mouse, usb ecc...) e se la motherboard possiede slot ISA è meglio utilizzare quelle perchè molti bios di default non inviano i codici alle slot PCI. Se dopo tutti questi accorgimenti la scheda continua a non funzionare o a lasciare il display vuoto o tratteggiato potrebbero esserci problemi più seri con il sistema.> Detto questo la mia esperienza è stata fantastica, nel giorno stesso in cui mi è arrivata la scheda mi ha aiutato a ripristinare tre computer con Pentium II e Pentium 4. Die mitgelieferte Anleitung hat Seitenweise beep & POST codes für gängige BIOS Hersteller, Standardpasswörtern (LKWPETER, ...), etc... abgedruckt. Hatte so eine POST Karte bisher noch nie und mir diese gekauft, in der Hoffnung ein altes 486er Board wieder zu Gang kriegen.
