These are decent quality shoes but narrow in the feet. I couldn't wear them for more than a few minutes. They have solid rubber soles but very good grip. By solid I mean stiffer and soles that don't allow rocks to push into your feet. The strap look across the foot looks even more hideous in person than in the pics. I figured if I like em, I'll cut em off. I found a pair of shoes that have totally set the bar for me. They are arisic brand restaurant shoes. I have no affiliation nor do I work in a restaurant. When I seen advertising of amazing comfort I had to try em out. I'm an outdoors man. Rocks, mud, sticks, water, poop n cleansing are all daily occurrences in my life. I put footwear to the test! The forementioned shoe has stood its ground and the most comfortable shoe I've ever owned

My son works as a server so got these for him. He says they are a bit snug, but light and comfortable. He did notice a relief of pain in his heels, so I'm assuming the little air heel does help some. He said they are very good when walking on wet tile as not to slip. Maybe go 1/2 to 1 size higher up if you order these.

Got these shoes for something to work in my woodshop in. I wanted a good pair of solid shoes with a non-slip sole since slipping while using power tools is generally a bad idea. That is exactly what I got with these. They are a nice leather top with a rubber anti-skid sole. Very easy to put on and have a good velcro closure that keeps them on. They provide good support and stability and are pretty comfortable to wear. I got them in size 12 and if I have any complaints about them it is that they feel as if they may be a half size too big. They fit but to me personally they feel just a little sloppy. I'm not unhappy about that simply because my feet will end up filling them eventually but thought I should make everyone aware of that point. Super happy with these shoes however and think that they will last for quite some time.
