AS ADVERTISED and PICTURED. I got a short 6"? sleeve. Very disappointed in that as it causes a bulge and limits wearability. Otherwise, getting 2 is nice, it does stay up, and the S/M fits snug and does the compression I need. But thrown by length..... I AM UPDATING MY REVIEW: I have learned to stretch the item so that it does come down much further toward the knee. Some of the tension is lost, but at least it is made more wearable. Not sure how to work with the ingrained Vs - my problem is on the upper outer thigh. Nevertheless, I did want to note that i was able to resolve the length discrepancy.
