I am 4 weeks post op from the 1st half of my 360 lipo and 2 weeks post-op from the 2nd half. The back side was killing me. I've been laid out for two weeks. I tried so many different garments. But this is legit. It covers everything I need. I actually ordered a 3x but they sent a 2x. The 2x was snug going on because I still sore but I took my time and it feels great. I am ordering 2 more so I can have a rotation. It is comfortable and doesn't create creases. I can move and I have the compression I need to keep everything in place.
