Verkauft wird nicht das abgebildete Produkt, sondern das spiralgebundene Manual. Laut der Beschreibung “2teilige Ausgabe”, könnte man auch annehmen, dass das Manual und das Textbook verkauft werden.Das Buch, das ich bekommen habe, war noch dazu die französische Ausgabe.Falsche, ungenaue oder unvollständige Beschreibungen sind einfach nur ärgerlich.

Wow! There’s a lot of info in here covering Kundalini yoga and it’s background etc. Definitely recommended for someone who is headed into teacher training, but you get this book and the kriya manual as part of the training anyway.It maybe a bit much for a student of KY - there are simpler books out there to understand and learn more about the practice without over complicating things.

Brilliant book.

I thought I was going to get both the manual and the spiral notebook with the kriyas. I was mistaken. I do however find some validity in the manual, but would not pay that much again.
