I ordered a wrong size cover, and that was my mistake. But, no problem. They didn't ask me to send the product back or anything, but sent me a new, right size cover. This happened in my purse, mind you, I wasn't jogging or running. I simply placed my purse in the car and went to the post office and home. Not only did it crack, but it also left my iPhone exposed and totally scuffed and scratched the corner of it. I have had this phone for almost two years, and it was in pristine perfect, unscathed condition throughout (screen AND body, I ALWAYS use protectors on my phones and never leave them without it) until I put this new case on it. Horrible. I don't even care about the refund because it damaged my expensive electronic property that I use for work!!! Additionally, the screen protector it came with was bubbling up within hours and is now peeling off, and I have used similar protectors on my screen which lasted for almost a year. In fact, the one I had on before this was on for a year and was made of the same exact material with the same exact application instructions.
