However, I am to delighted to confirm that with reference to the threading tool, you can keep your hands clean - no grease required. **Q: Can you rethread the same screw hole twice?** A: It is possible to try the re-threader then try the bolt. It depends on the depth of thread (how thick the metal is) and it’s condition. If its a poor fit I would try a 4mm Tap or consider re drilling and tapping to take a 4•5 or 5mm bolt.
