This probiotic enzyme cleaner has been excellent for tackling pet odors and organic messes. It actually breaks down the source of the smell rather than just masking it, and the scent it leaves is fresh and mild. I've used it on carpet, upholstery, and hard floors with great results. A little goes a long way. A great multi-purpose cleaner to keep on hand.

I used this for my slow shower drain. First 3 days I added half a cup of bioda overnight and flushed with hot water in the morning. The next 2-3 days I only added bioda without flushing. This has helped my drain and stopped it from pooling up when running the shower Despite some reviews that say that this product doesn't work, be aware that this product and other enzyme cleaners need time and may need multiple treatments before you see actual visible results when using it for drains. Enzyme cleaners are not an instant solution for clogs and anyone expecting an instant solution should look elsewhere. The benefits of using enzyme cleaners is it is safe for pipes and is best used as a preventative Update: I used this on my kitchen sink that was also pooling up and it helped clear the drain in two days. Similar method that I used above. After the first night kitchen sink was pooling up way faster and draining slower (this was my indicator that bioda was actively eating whatever gunk was in my drain). Flushed with hot water after the second night, and water continues running without it backing up or pooling

So far so good! I feed a couple of stray cats on our front porch every day and I started noticing a strong plasticky kind of smell outside and intensely in the empty food bowls when I would retrieve them to wash and put out fresh food. It doesn't smell particularly ammonia-y or musky, but it lingers like crazy, even after a scrubbing with dawn powerwash. It is clearly some kind of animal pee, but I don't believe it to be cat pee. We see possums, raccoons, and foxes around the house at night, so I'm thinking its one of them. In any event I needed something that would eliminate the smell on both the food bowls and the porch. I had a little bit of a pet urine cleaner spray left, which I used immediately. It didn't help on the food bowl, and I quickly ran out of it. Enter this product after a search and reading reviews. I like that this is concentrated, so the gallon will last a LONG time, a good value. I don't much care what the scent is, as long as it kills the marking scent. This legit smells like lemonade. Very light and pleasant. So much so I sort of wonder if it's just diluted lemon juice (half kidding!). After trying it on the food bowl it worked almost instantly. I'm letting it sit on the bowl in the sink for a while instead of immediately rinsing to give it time to work before I need the bowls again. I sprayed down the porch with it after the most recent marking and so far it's still smells like nothing out there. I am pleased! It will continue to use it routinely to keep the porch smelling fresh and to clean the bowls. Next up, we'll use it to clean the litter boxes inside and on the floor around them. So far so good! I can't speak to stain removal because I do not have carpet or stained items to try it on. Out indoor kitties do well keeping to their litter box and 80% of the house is hard floors. The bottle arrived safely with no leaks. The seal under the lid was intact. Because it is concentrated and in a gallon jug, I reused a 1 quart spray bottle, adding 1 oz of Bioda cleaner to roughly 31 oz of water. There are easy instructions on the jug for dilution which recommends 2-5 oz per gallon of water for floors. 4 oz to the gallon, or 1 oz to the quart, seemed an easy ratio to use.

Love the safety factor - not toxic/corrosive like other products & I even compatible with use in my toilets. Home built in 60's & lines occasionally back up but I put half a cup of this in the line leave it overnight & voila no more issues. I even use in my washing machine when I run a cleaning cycle - mustiness gone. Freshness prevails! Works as claimed, thanks!!!!

This stuff works really well. I used a blacklight to find stains from where my cat had peed or vomited and when I sprayed this on hard surfaces the fluorescence disappeared before my eyes. It's a lot harder to remove carpet stains, but I'm impressed with this product. I don't know if this is supposed to come without a lid, or if it was just poor quality control, but mine was delivered without a lid. It only had the protective foil cover on the opening. Luckily that wasn't dented or punctured during delivery, but now I have a huge bottle of enzyme cleaner that is being closed with some masking tape instead of a lid. Not ideal. I took one star off for this.

To say this stuff saved me money is an understatement. I was out of the country when my 20 year old told me my elderly cat had been peeing in a certain area of my dining room (with aging hardwood floors) for a few days. By the time I got home, the floor was discolored and soaked in urine (despite some teenage effort). I took a chance and bought this and I’m so glad I did!! The odor disappeared after using for three days consistently. I will never be without it again!

It worked for great against breaking up some sticky stuff on my floor. Didn't leave any residue and didn't have a harsh smell. I will buy again.

This Is Only that I will buy again. This is great to clean the floor with it takes out the smell of pets. Urine takes out every smell. It’s great. I use it for my basement. Took out the basement smell I use it to mop the whole house and it’s not that strong of a smell and it’s great for mopping and getting out pet odor
