Review: Best mop ever - So easy to use and smells so good with my Meyer’s Honeysuckle Multi Surface cleaner! I love that I don’t have to worry about my dogs as I can use any floor cleaner. The value is great. Removable pads stay on and remove to wash looking brand new. Floors are cleaned and dry in no time! Extra long handle makes for easy cleaning for my back. Use on any floor in the house!
Review: It’s just a mop! No extra bells and whistles - I have a spin mop, swiffer, expensive electric steam mops, I’ve tried them all. They’re annoying and more work than I want, clunky, and take up extra space. And I want to get rid of them. So I just wanted a simple flat mop, taking up less space, rinse and squeeze out, and go on. So far it works just fine and squeezes out fine. I do think the handle situation could have been better and different, so you can hold BOTH handles easier WITH the mop in the bucket. But other than that, it’s a mop and I don’t need any other fancy stuff. Lol Easier to pull out, fill up, mop, rinse bucket out, and put away. Throw the mop pads in the washer and go on. I recommend getting you several to switch between. I’ll use 4 mop pads during one clean in my home.

**Q: The pad keeps coming off when mop inserted into bucket, why it doesn't work?**
A: NOTE! Please have a look on below instruction about how to attach pad, the three tabs-slots must be matched together, and ensure the pad firmly stuck on mop-head, so that avoid this problem!

**Q: Why the lid come off when bucket lifted?**
A: It seems that there are two handles, but the larger one is the real lift-handle, the thinner one which printed LOCK is actually a lock that lock lid in the bucket. So just use the lift-handle to move the bucket so that the top lid won't come off!

**Q: What can I do if any accessories(including mop handle or cleaning cloth or mop-head) missed or broken?**

**Q: "Dirty" water flows into "Clean" water? —— Nope, the bucket only designs to separate "WASH" and "DRY" function!**
A: The design that the squeezed water goes back to the "WASH" side for two reasons: 1) Keep the DRY side empty to squeeze water properly; 2) Maintain the water level in WASH side for continuous times use until customers want get the water changed.

**Q: The mop-head is difficult to go inside into bucket, why?**
A: Fill water into WASH chamber and wet the mop firstly! The dry mop is certainly hard to insert. And it happens normally at first few times uses, please push down in some strength at beginning, also tilting mop at some angles maybe helpful.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I'm in love with this mop.

I did not receive this free for my review. I have been using a flat mop for years. And instead of disposable pads, I've bought a lot of permanent, washable microfiber pads. They worked, but wouldn't always hold properly, and they'd get so dirty, I'd go through multiple pads every time I mopped. And then you'd have to wash them, and they don't always hold their shape well in the dryer. And having to bring everything from floor to floor, and with multiple people cleaning on chore day, I felt I needed a second mop and bucket. Well, I now own 3 of these. One for each floor of the house. It couldn't possibly be more convenient. Remember all those pads I bought for my previous mop? They fit this just fine, not that I really need them anymore. This comes with 4 microfiber mop pads and really does clean the mop pad while you're using it. Now, this version does NOT have 3 compartments (clean water, dirty water, and dry). It only has the water and dry compartments. But really - that's all I need. I also appreciate that it doesn't have any unnecessary parts - like a plug on the bottom for "easy pour" (imagine what happens if your kid's mopping and loses that plug?) or having to lock and unlock the handle to spin it out. This actually cleans the mop, probably better than a spin mop would (not that I've used one), and there's nothing difficult about pouring out the water. So this has all that covered, again without the extra breakable or losable parts. Let me tell you all the benefits of this over my old flat mop. 1. It comes with the bucket. 2. It washes the mop pad while you're cleaning. 3. No more waiting for the floor to dry. When you mop over it after running the mop through the dry side a few times, the floor dries in no time at all. 4. The height of the mop stick. I am really impressed with how long the handle is 5. cleaning walls and ceilings - this is not something I could do with my previous flat mop. 6. the rubber grip handle. There's even a plastic ring on the handle in case you want to hang it on your wall, presumably, but I would just store it in the bucket itself. 7. the sturdy metal handle is actually not super thin and not going to bend and break easily 8. The head locks in place, so the handle isn't flopping around. 9. The small bucket is just big enough - it's not bulky, or overly heavy for no reason. 10. There are two handles - one for carrying the bucket and one for removing the cover and cleaning the bucket out and both stay clean and dry while mopping. 11. The rectangle shape of the bucket makes it super easy to store out of the way I'm in love with my new mop. There's nothing else to say about it.
