一番弱いセラバンド。水泳で痛めた肩関節唇損傷をカバーするために、インナーマッスルの強化運動に使っています。半年ほどたったころから効果が実感できました。腕を挙上するたびに引っかかるような感じがあったのが解消しました。バタフライは出来ませんが、クロールならできるまでに回復しました。継続は力なりです。
