If you actually need a large mat, move on -this is not the mat you are looking for. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Best Mat I’ve used so far 👍 *by S***L on 9 May 2026* I’ve had this mat for just over a week now and I’m really happy with it. Normal exercise mats always feel a bit too small, especially when I’m stretching or doing floor work. This one gives me much more room and I don’t feel like I’m constantly moving around trying to stay on the mat. The thickness is probably the biggest difference for me. I’ve had issues with my lower back on thinner mats and most of the ones I looked at were only 6mm. This one is 10mm and you can definitely tell. It’s comfortable without feeling too soft or spongey. I went with the dark grey branded mat and it looks great in our home gym. The color fits in really well with the darker setup we have, and I like the “Strong & Flexible” text on it. It makes it look a bit more premium than a plain mat. I’ve used it for stretching & bodyweight exercises and also under my bench/equipment a few times and it’s held up well so far. Obviously I’ve only had it a week so I can’t comment on long-term use yet.. but it feels solid and well made. Pros: Comfortable thickness, good size for taller people, looks great, feels durable, comes with a carry case for storage. Cons: It’s bigger than a standard mat, so it’s not the smallest thing to carry around. That’s kind of expected though because it’s wider and thicker than most.
