I had to re-saw them on my own saw bench.3) nice to have the pre-formed liner.Generally very impressed ### ⭐⭐ Nice product but dodgy safety specifications and difficult retailer *by W***D on 1 June 2017* Quite a nice thing and gives our much loved 25 year old enormous goldfish a better-sized home which he seems to prefer and zooms about. It is not hard to assemble although you need a hacksaw to make a hole for the pump flex and a hammer and philips screwdriver. You have to install the electricity yourself or through an electrician (moot point -see below) so 'easy to install ' or 'easy to relocate' is not quite true.I do have a series of problems, though:The top did not align exactly and there was no plug on the pumpWe noticed the instructions said to install the top groove side down to avoid water collection and rot, but both sides were grooved.The retailer said that these were old instuctions and the specification had changed: both sides are grooved to avoid warping, while preservative tanalisation will prevent rotWe noticed the batons nailed into the liner touched the water and worried that the preservative would leach into the waterWe therefore wondered if the specification had changed, if the preservative was truly non-toxic to the fishThe retailer told us to contact the manufacturer and we said no, our contract was with the retailer and wanted a reply and queried if the plug should have been supplied fittedThe retailer then did find out the tanalisation (Osmose ACQ 500) which seems to be copper, not arsenic based but I can find no safety sheet for it.However, they took the opportunity to tell us off for fitting a plug to the pump by shouting (capitalising emails is usually classed as shouting - certainly in my office it is) at us:"It is ILLEGAL to install fixed mains equipment outside without permanentwiring and a Residual Current Device (RCD for earth leakage protection)and installers have to be certified for this class of work."It doesn't tell you this in the description - it just says it is easy to install and move.
