Makes the surface of chocolate very shiny
I used these to leave a very shiny surface on the bottoms of my chocolate bonbons! See the Sugar Geek vanilla bonbon YouTube video for technique. I imagine they would be good for curved chocolate designs as well.

Im using it fir something very different. Im using it to blick my cats from getting to my plants. It works great. Let's the light in but blocks the kitties.
