They insisted on helping us put it together, though,which didn`t really help! It`s so steady and stable - twice the price of our previous one, but so well-made it will last MUCH longer. Much sturdier parts to fasten the screws into, which was the main problem with the previous one of a different make - the end caps of the posts were cardboard, so came loose very fast. Not with this brand though - it really is worth paying the extra.One of the cats has bagged both the cumfy cushioned platform right at the top AND the little house, whilst the other one just loves the large flat cats paw shaped platform halfway up. Nither of them have tried the hammock yet, although it has been inspected. The materials seem to be of good quality and we have a feeling this will last a lifetime.
