Bought this to replace the spark plugs in my BMW. This worked perfectly. I'm so glad Amazon had these because every store I checked didn't carry them. Very durable tool.

I purchased to use on my 2013 BMW 535i. A regular spark plug socket does not fit the spark plug wells which are narrow on this car. This one got down in the tight space and made removing/installing the plugs much easier. Has good solid grip via a soft rubber boot inside on the plug to make removing from the deep wells easy. The 3/8 inch connection point was solid and didn't slip off my ratchet wrench extension. Well worth the expense.

It works but I wouldn't recommend. It uses a rubber ring instead of magnet to hold in to spark plugs. The rubber ring can heat up on a warm engine.

COME TO FIND OUT MY PLUGS ARE 16MM, BUT THE SOCKET IS A GOOD ONE.

This spark plug socket, with it's thin walls was able to remove my spark plugs perfectly when several sockets from local stores didn't carry anything that would fit.

The "retaining" portion of the spark plug socket is just a thin rubber lining, not thick enough to grab or hold the spark plug in any way, which makes this "spark plug" socket just a "socket" ...which I already have. Thankfully Amazon has excellent customer service. This is going in the trash.

Worked perfectly. Not much else to say. Should last a long time.
