I bought the main trimmer kit as well as the shaver head and toothbrush head. So it replaced 3 separate products which works great for me as I'm always traveling, so now I fly with 1 charger for 3 devices and a much compact package. The product is built with quality and the performance is very good. 5/5 highly recommend.

i am not satisfied with this item, it is getting heat while operating, totally not happy

Dry shaved like a charm but you have to put added pressure to trim. Very smooth blade that go soft on your skins. Post shave burns is present but it can be minimised with an aftershave. A must have accessory for people with the Panasonic multishape

Two issues: 1: battery was completely dead, i need to charge it for 10 minutes to start it. Battery needs to be charged fully and stored in order to keep its full capacity which was not true in this case so based on the shelf life. Not sure a year two or many years, the battery capacity will be drastically reduced. 2. I was expecting a bag (pouch) with it inside the box which was not there. Also packaging was not that great. No hardcase for travel. Not even the pouch included.
