If you wrap cheese in parchment, then put it in a ziplock bag, it will stay fresh much longer - the paper prevents mold and the bag prevents drying out. I loathe wrestling with a roll of parchment that never tears straight, is always a few inches too big or small because you have to guess the size, and then it just curls up on you when you try to use it. Great price, quality and so many uses

These are great!!

Worth it
After the job of cutting parchment or waxed paper for years when baking, I decided to treat myself to these liners. They are such a treat. I now have the 9x13, 9 in round and 10 in round. Amazing what time you save let alone that frustrating job of cutting.

Great for cookies
perfect on any size cookie sheets as I just cut away anything that is too big -- add another if the pan is extra large. So much better than the rolls as it doesn't curl!

Easy to use but bigger than 9x13
Loved the ease of using; however, it was too big by a few millimeters for the pan. This doesn’t hurt the final product too much as you can crease the side up to the pan. Aggravating though it wasn’t exactly 9x13.

Love this parchment!
I was so tired of fighting with curling parchment paper that I did some research to see if there was a precut size to fit my cookie sheets. I found these and they are perfect. The parchment is thinner than what you would get on a roll but I prefer it that way.

Multiple uses
This stuff is awesome!!!!! We use it for baking, meat just a about anything we put in the oven. Meatballs, cookies, chicken gets really crispy. I highly recommend.
