Very good experience Performance report- not comparable to signia 7NX though same number of channels. This hearing aid is good in indoor situation not at noisy place like road side talking, summer fan running in house and many people talk in group etc.

This product is defective and in the long run will damage the ears more.

I bought these in June to replace my aging hearing aids and didn't want to spend the thousands of dollars I've spent on my last two pairs of hearing aids in the past. My Blaids hearing aid surprised me right out of the box, they are well made and easy to setup using the phone app, and are very easy to adjust when necessary. I had a slight problem with the left hearing aid, and was amazed at how quickly I had a reply from customer service, within an hour, and the exchange was made quickly and expediently. They are well worth the price and they are serious about providing great customer service.

I ordered this product based on the positive reviews and comparison to hearing aids purchased from reputable stores. These worked amazingly well for a period of time. Then I started having Bluetooth connectivity issues. They would not connect so they were functioning as sound amplifiers. When they did connect they wouldn't stay connected. I called the customer service line and was told they were working on the issue and to call back in a week. Weeks turned into months and at one point when I called, the only option was to leave a message. I left several messages. During this time period one hearing aid completely went out. Was not even powering on. I called back and finally spoke to someone- was told they would send a replacement but the other one still wasn't keeping the connection- they told me they could not replace that one. As I type this, the one that was working is now completely out. So I will be calling again. I'm really disappointed because I am paying monthly on an item that is not functioning properly plus I really need them to be able to live a full life. It is a challenge to go about my day and not hearing certain sounds and voices. Now I wish I would have made the financial sacrifice to get the $6000 pair the audiologist recommend. At this point it is not beneficial that I saved thousands.

My father was initially hopeful about these hearing aids, but after two weeks, they stopped working properly. They started making loud, strange noises, almost like someone screaming in the air, which made them unusable. The noise cancellation didn’t help, and the Bluetooth connection was unreliable from the start. For the price, we expected better durability and performance. Disappointing overall.

AMAZING! I have been wearing hearing aids for years now so I can tell you first hand I've seen the good and the bad. Very user friendly as the app takes you step by step to set them up. You can take a hearing test or upload your own to have the precisely right tones adjusted. Battery opperated. Bluetooth capable so music, phone calls and videos stream into them. They are the same thickness and just a little bit longer than professional grade hearing aids. Multiple cups sizes to make sure they fit your ear canal snug. THE BEST PART IS THE SET COST ME A 1/4 OF THE PRICE AS JUST ONE PROFESSIONAL GRADE HEARING AID WAS... Button line, if you want professional quality without the doctor visits and high price tags these are to your door in days. Also make sure to clip the coupon I forgot!

I've been on a search for awhile for a quality OTC hearing aid. For full disclosure I knew a BTE style might not work out for as my left ear is very close to my head. I thought I'd give these a try as the price point was very attractive. The good: The hearing aids were boxed quite nicely and arrived promptly. All accessories were included including batteries. Batteries were easy to install and the hearing aids paired easily using the mobile app (iPhone). The first problem I faced was the sound tube was too short for me but a larger set was included. Unscrewing the tubes and swapping them out was a bit troublesome but not impossible. Note the tubes are pretty solid and not flexible like more expensive or prescription models. The just OK: The app (AcoSound) was easy to set up and start with the initial hearing test. Note, the maker states the product is USA made but the app is made by Hangzhou AcoSound Technology, Co. LTD. That aside, the app is very intuitive and works well. The initial hearing test took about 5-6 minutes; however, the results seemed a bit light for my needs and I did the test a couple of times. Unfortunately the higher frequency setting were nowhere near my audiogram but I didn't have a copy on hand to upload. It does support that which is nice but I wouldn't rely solely on the app hearing test. Get your printed result if you can. You can also fine tune the settings by hand which is impressive. Once that was done, the experience was far better. The not so good: The only knock on the app is that it's slow to start up and pair when needed if you want to make a setting change or volume adjustment on the fly. You can use the buttons but have to set that individually. As far as fitment, the sound tubes have ear locks included on them which helps prevent them from falling out. Unfortunately the right one wouldn't lock behind the cartilage in my outer ear, leaving a little plastic antenna sticking out of my ear. I would have ordered another and sure the company would accomodate but didn't want to contact them, wait for a replacement to possibly just have the same experience. I'd just cut the lock off and go without. Additionally, my primary goal was to get a thinner style BTE to accomodate my weird ear shape and the pictures looked like they'd fit the bill but the unit was a bit thicker than the rearview photo represents. Overall, this is a very good hearing aid for users on a budget looking for a BTE device with normal ears (unlike mine apparently). Sound quality is pretty good, but it's not a Sony or Signia but maybe it could be with a lot of fine tuning and patience. Unfortunatley, due to my ear shape and comfort level, I wound up sending them back but wanted to be fair in my review. All things considered, I'd give it a thumbs up and give them a try. Maybe if they come out with a narrower unit, I'd try another.
