These Klipsch floorstanding speakers are absolutely brilliant.They're well built, look and sound great, even at low volume.Just make sure you have a decent amplifier.For a short while, I was using an old Sony STR-BD2000 A/V receiver but sound was kinda flat with the lack of deep bass.Then I hooked them up with another old Sony STR-DB930 amp and all I can say is ..WOW!! A massive difference in sound quality. Listening classic or jazz music (16,24 bit flac through my android box with Kodi) is a pure joy.I eventually ended up buying Klipsch R-25C center speaker with 2 Klipsch R-15M as a surround speakers.Must say, I'm very happy with this purchase.

Takes a few days to break in but sound is now great.

Salve,sono stato settimane in giro per il web e in diverse città per trovare la coppia di diffusori da utilizzare per il mio impianto home cinema / hifi e non ho trovato di meglio come rapporto qualità prezzo,semplicemente perfetti!! Ho potuto fare un confronto con le indiana line tesi 560,con le magnat supreme 2002,con le focal chorus 716 e con le b&w 683 e devo dire che nonostante le ultime 2 coppie di diffusori siano più costose non ho riscontrato una differenza notevole da farmi scegliere loro al posto delle r26f. Che dire sono veramente soddisfatto,suono pulito,brillante,basse frequenze sempre presenti,semplicissime da pilotare,design accattivante... davvero fantastici. Io li uso insieme ad un sintoamplificatore Onkyo tx-nr656

Ich betreibe einen Yamaha Surround Receiver und war klangmäßig mit meinem Teufel Concept S 5.1 System nicht mehr zufrieden. Da mein Musikgeschmack sich in Richtung Symphonic und Death Metal verändert hat, habe ich die Klipsch ausprobiert. Nun benötige ich weder einen Subwoofer noch einen Center (für Film). Die beiden Klipsch sind einfach super! ich habe noch 2 kleine Klipsch R-14M als Surroundboxen dazugekauft und bin nun restlos glücklich. Übrigens war einer der beiden R-26F bei Lieferung defekt. Einer der beiden Basslautsprecherchassis schnarrte bei bestimmten Bässen bei höheren Lautstärken. Amazon hat mir den Ersatzlautsprecher vorab gesendet. Prima Service, wie immer bei Amazon!

I know that a lot of people are getting away from the large speakers of the past -- and I was one of them, simply for space reasons -- but these tall, slender floor speakers are an excellent reason why that shouldn't be so. Klipsch delivers precise sound from highs to low, and the listening experience is worlds away from small speakers, especially singletons that attempt to give a "surround sound" feel from a single point. These are worth every penny. The manufacturer recommends these for small to medium-size rooms; however, ours is a large room that is considerably longer than it is wide, and we've placed ours on one of the short walls. These speakers easily fill the entire room and the one next to it. Potential buyers should note that, like most premium speakers, these Klipsch speakers are sold as singles. You need to buy two. Although bass is defined, it will likely be perceived as weak by those who are used to bass-boosted headphones. People who like to feel their bass should also invest in a subwoofer. The best way I can describe the bass through these is that they hit the bass, but they don't resonate. Our set-up doesn't have room for a subwoofer, however, and I only occasionally miss it. I love that I can hear individual instruments without distortion and that vocals come through clean and complex. Because the footprint is so small -- only 8" wide and 14" deep -- they can fit next to cabinets even in smaller rooms. Even when I'm in a non-optimal location such as in the next room, the sound is great, but the experience is amazing when I'm seated several feet back from them and right in the middle. El sonido de los altavoces depende de muchos factores, no solo de el altavoz en si mismo, ni del receptor ó sala de audición. Un factor muy importante es el oído ó sensibilidad de cada persona, ya que no todos oímos igual. Lo que a unos nos gusta a otros no y viceversa, de igual forma podemos escuchar unos altavoces en la sala de audición de una tienda y gustarnos el sonido pero una vez instalados en nuestra sala no gustarnos tanto. Luego también está el factor del tipo de música que vayamos a escuchar que también influye bastante. Por eso es tan complejo encontrar los altavoces perfectos y mucho más si los compramos por internet sin haberlos escuchado antes, es como buscar una aguja en un pajar. Éstos Klipsch para mi son excelentes por su calidad y acabados, y el sonido me gusta bastante para lo que los voy a usar (Música Rock, Blues, Disco y Home Cinema). En cuanto a sonido tienen la genética Klipsch, agudos muy claros y limpios sin ser estridentes como modelos anteriores, buenos medios y potentes bajos siempre y cuando se instalen en una sala de aproximadamente 20 metros cuadrados que son para lo que están pensados. No es necesario acompañarlos de un subwoofer para escuchar música, se bastan ellos solos a no ser que la sala sea más grande de lo recomendado. Son perfectos para los tipos de música dónde resaltan las frecuencias altas, no será necesario subir mucho el nivel de agudos en el receptor ó amplificador como pasa en otros altavoces que suenan más apagados. Otra ventaja que tienen es que al tener el puerto bass reflex en la parte delantera, se puede pegar el altavoz a la pared sin que retumbe ni alterando las frecuencias bajas como pasa cuando el puerto está detrás y así ganando más espacio en la sala. También se nota mucho la gran sensibilidad que tienen, con menos volumen suenan más altos y claros que otros menos sensibles. En relación calidad precio creo que es de lo mejor que hay ahora mismo, pero como dije antes el sonido final depende de muchos factores y es cuestión de probarlos y juzgarlos con nuestros propios oídos.
