High recommend. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Not as good as it used to be, but still worth trying *by G***M on 2 April 2026* Not sure what has changed but the adhesion seems to have declined in quality since the first time I used KT tape. It remains easy to apply, and when done correctly works wonders for certain muscle and tendon pains.
