Do you also need to purchase a green or blue screen for these to work?

No, of course not. The Green Screen is used for the videotaping of ANYTHING you want. The Stikbots are cool, just by themselves. We stick ours on the refrigerator, etc and even hang them from the mirrors, stuck together like an Ant-Chain. They are fun and effective without any other accessories.

How many figures are included? 6 figures?

The listing should tell how many. Sometimes they are sold individually.
