I buy these often. They work every time! They are easy to set, light weight, no mess, built sturdy , excellent value for my money, and chemical - free . I even reuse mine even though they are technically 1 time use. They are so much easier to use than the wooden ones where you get your fingers snapped if you're not careful!!

Perfect. Killed mice instantly and made clean up simple (just picked up the top and tossed). Took a while to ship in, but my only complaint. Very sensitive and can see why it works. Easy to set up with peanut butter. Good size for catching mice and putting around old rural home. I don't have pets or children, but wouls be mindful for safety as you could get hurt.

I bought these after using an old trap that was hard to set to catch a mouse in February. Saw a mouse last night in my finished walk out basement. I set one of these traps last night and it was easy. In the morning I had the mouse. Great product!!

This is the best mousetrap I've ever used. Very easy to set and very effective. Highly recommend unless you have small children or pets who could be harmed if they inadvertently set it off.

Saw some mouse droppings on my kitchen counters so I set up glue traps. Caught a smaller mouse but the bigger ones were too smart for glue traps. Bought a case of 14 of these traps along with the same brand attractant gel. Set up 4 traps with the gel. Didn't catch anything. Thought maybe it's because the brand new out of the box traps don't smell like the rest of my kitchen, or maybe these guys just don't like the gel. Sprayed some vegetable oil on the traps, set up more traps, baited with peanut butter this time. Couple days later, two of the traps set off and broke without catching anything, with the bait still intact. Not sure what happened. Maybe a mouse tripped them off but was too fast to get caught, or maybe the traps became overly sensitive due to the vegetable oil. Both traps had plastic pieces and the tiny spring fly off after breaking. Evidently, the flimsy hard plastic is too fragile to handle the force of the trap setting off. It had been 1.5 weeks at this time, the mice continued to roam my kitchen. Ordered a different type of traps, black plastic ones that look more sturdy, by the same brand, but before I even got a chance to set them up, one of these original white plastic traps finally caught a mouse. Quick death, no blood, easy disposal. This trap didn't break and was still usable despite one of its metal springs being crooked now. Maybe the mouse was desperate after not finding any other food on that cold rainy night, that it finally went for the peanut butter. Checked the other traps and realized 3 of them were licked clean without setting off. I'm okay with that. Probably made the mice think they're safe and then they get bolder and less cautious. Re-baited and reset the traps, put out all remaining traps this time. Caught two more mice within the following 3 days. Haven't been sign of any more. They do work well and eventually took care of my mice problem, but since some of them broke so easily beyond repair, and some just weren't sensitive enough to set off while the mouse ate the bait, I recommend buying the case instead of just a few, so you are bound to have some success. It took two weeks before the mice started getting caught, but all in all, happy with my purchase. Minus one star for lack of durability though.

They do not lie! Tomcat traps do the job! All the traps that were tripped caught a mouse. The mice were dead!! Reusable, some caught mice a second and third time.

Is it weird to have a favorite mouse trap? These things work! Easy to set! No smashed fingers like I always seem to get with traditional traps. They kill quickly and efficiently.
