A superb phone
The fingerprint reader is so fast that it is the easiest way to gain access. Face recognition takes a bit longer, and longer still if you sometimes wear glasses. Excellent camera, beats my £250 Nikon for night shots or burst mode. The speakers are quite comfortable to listen to podcasts through. Masses of storage, more than I can use for all my music, photos, and even films. Even the earbuds are an improvement, as they fit well and never fall out. Lovely bright screen, easy to see even in bright sunshine. Worth the money.

Fantastic
Good phone upgraded from s7 after it burnt it self out(shouldn't have been on them 18+ sites but hey ho haha) had it around 8 months still doing well and handles 'them sites' alot better. Good camera though s10 does have a little edge over it in that area but the phone itself is yet to be succeeded.

Grate phone, seems to have good battery life, sadly loads of bloatware :(
Overall I love that actual phone, boots up fast, battery lasts for ages, was impressed with the fingerprint reader. I only have one issue with Samsung is why force loads of apps that we cannot remove and would of been better to just give us a choice to install it or not.

Excellent Customer Service
Love this phone and use it for everything, including work so was gutted when it suddenly stopped working. I am not very technically minded when it comes to phones and had found it very user-friendly. I was very impressed with both Amazon and Cheapest Electrical regarding the way I was supported and the options I was given to either have a full refund or have it repaired. I opted for the latter as I figured it would be less hassle in the long run. Highly delighted to have it back and working well now and to be able to see all my awesome photos of a recent trip down under....which had not been backed up and have caused me angst! Thank you.... I think I might have learnt my back up lessons this time round.

Very happy with purchase. Had an issue with the first phone and the team worked with me to resolve the issue without any delays. They kept up with communication and let me know everything that had gone on. Very nice phones and arrived in great condition too. Very pleased with the purchase after everything, and will happy go to them again as they're a great service.

A quality phone
I've always had Sony phones prior to this phone,. The Samsung has a 64gb internal memory as well as sd card slot, the phone is much faster than any phone I have had, it has a fingerprint reader, Iris reader for enhanced security. I just love everything about it

Good, but support is lacking
I purchased this phone 2 months ago. 2 weeks ago, the phone died and wouldn’t start up. Contacted the seller who have dismissed me and said that I should just go to Samsung to get it repaired under the warranty (but Samsung repair centres suck!). Good phone, not much support for a faulty product.
