We used this for a race. Of course, upon receipt of the product, we plugged it in and tested it to see if it worked. Everything seemed to function as it should. Lights came on, clock ran, remote worked. The day of the race, we plugged it in and started it when the race began. The timing mechanism is COMPLETELY off! We did not notice until runners finished and were reporting times more than 15 minutes off what was shown on the clock! They ran in 1hr 30min 33sec for example, and the clock was showing 76min or 1hr 16 min! The entire point of a timer is to accurately time something and this can't even do that.Unfortunately, it is not eligible for return or even exchange (we ordered early enough to test and arrive on time for event, but now that event is over we are outside our return window). Extremely disappointed. Avoid this race clock timer. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good size for soccer field but poor sound *by B***R on May 3, 2025* The sound at the end of the timer cannot be heard ### ⭐ Loses Time! *by R***E on February 28, 2025* Avoid this timer at all costs. Seems like a great product, packaging and all, but loses time very easily. We didn't realize this was an issue until we had runners who had running equipment claim they were running faster than we were clocking. If you're using this for something that time doesn't matter, here's your product.
