Seemingly good design & build, ridged locking, poor assembly info
Very satisfied with this after assembly by my daughter. The photo instructions were quite abbreviated and incomplete, lacking accurate clear descriptive verbiage and photo describing pulling the strap outwards to effective lock seat. BIG OVERSIGHT HERE GIVEN MANY REVIEWS SITE A PROBLEM WITH THE SEAT NOT LOCKING IN PLACE, whereby the Rollator collapses causing people to fall. This needs to be corrected ASAP.. One tiny part remains with no illustration or verbiage to either describe it or where it belongs. The main parts were labeled well enough. I am like I said very happy with the way it rolls, the weight of it.. however the assembly instructions are just simply embarrassing compared to the quality of the manufacturering. The locking mechanism will probably mean I have to put the thing in my car unfolded because the Loki mechanism is too hard for person of my age with Parkinson's to latch and unlatch easily.. I like the size of the wheels too

It’s great!
I love this walker. It was easy to assemble right out of the box, with a helpful instruction booklet. It looks good, rolls smoothly, and wheels are perfect size for going most places. Lightweight, easy to fold and unfold for transport. Not good for those with super-poor balance, but is a great walking and standing assist for most walking support. It’s 3 wheels ( not 4), so care should be taken when walking and sitting; it provides ample support.

Exactly what I was looking for
Purchased this for my girlfriend to use since she broke a bone in her left hip I needed one she could set down on and this fit the bill I would not recommend this walker for a larg person, my girlfriend is small less than 90 pounds so it works great for her, overall its a pretty heavy duty little walker that works for its intended use Shopping was fairly quick as it was delivered 3 days earlier than expected, pretty simple to put together took about 20 minutes to put togeter, included instructions were pretty straight forward not that you really need the instructions, in the photos on Amazon it showed a cup holder there is no included cup holder but one can be purchased for it, chose the purple color which was what I received, its nice and lite and very compact when folded which takes up less room when storing away or putting in your vehicle for travel.

Overall more pros than cons
It is lightweight. Fairly easy to steer, but wider and longer rear wheel base than conventional 4 wheeled walkers. You need a small bottom to sit on it, but meant for short sitting periods. When closed, its longer wheel base doesn’t fit well behind my driver’s seat and needs some practice. The biggest complaint is locking it into the open position. If like me without a lot of arm strength, you have to turn it to face you (while standing unassisted) and pull the loop tab in the front and if that fails, place you hands near the locking mechanism and push with your thumbs. To collapse it, you have to give the seat pull handle a mighty hefty tug to release the lock. The overall appearance is nice, but not sure where I could put a cup holder since I have the handles as low as possible. I find the net carryall useless because you have to empty it before collapsing the walker (while standing). It is lightweight, so not meant to be used to hold your weight if you are using it to steady yourself while leaning only on one handle because it will tilt. Overall, it’s useful for me because it’s lightweight and I’m a small person and I do make use of the seat when I need to sit. But I believe I would buy again because it’s more useful for transporting.

Great walker but very creaky
Another Update: I have now owned 3 of these bad boys. And they just keep getting worse somehow. the first one I reviewed below. The second one I had for a few months with no issue and then all of a sudden something started happening with the wheels where one would stop rotating and I couldn't steer straight, it would veer to one side or the other. I tried taking all the wheels off and cleaning them all out, assuming that maybe some hair got stuck in them as per usual with this rollator. That didn't fix anything. I checked everything I could possibly check. It just wasn't working so I got a new one. This one i purchased, as of now, about a month ago and somehow, already, this thing is already so wobbly that I cant put any weight on it. the joint in the front that connects above the front wheel is loose. I have the tools to tighten it, but it wont budge at all. I tried and tried and tried. Even my housemate tried and nothing. Update: I'm lowering my rating from a 4 to a 1. This thing is a pain. The storage bag underneath has started shredding after 5 months. You can see in one of the images where I had to fix it. And the other image where it's shredding by the zipper, I had already fixed that and now it's shredding again. The breaks on one side have snapped on the inside of the handle so I can't fix it. It still creaks. The wheels collect SO much hair? And it's not my hair so when you want to clean it you need to take the wheels off to take out the hair. Which is a pain. The company doesn't have great customer service. The airport lost part of the cane clip on this rollator (that I use regularly) and they airport couldn't find it so when I reached out to walk mate to ask if I could purchase a replacement I couldn't get any help. FIRST REVIEW: I would have absolutely given this walker 5 stars if it, after one use, wasn't making an awful loud creaking noise coming from both sides of the walker. It has fantastic storage underneath and it folds up great to stick in the back of the car. the cane holder attachment is great. There's a water bottle mesh pocket on the side of the storage back in the front which is really nice. Again, great walker. highly recommend. Just be prepared for it to creak

Dissatisfied with safety of this product.
I am happy with using the roller to walk. But I am very unhappy with trying to use the seat to sit on. The brakes are not compatible to use as a seat. The brakes do not hold to use as a seat. It is very dangerous to sit down in because it will continue to move out from under you. If the brakes would hold it would be perfect. I pacifically bought it to use at grandchildren’s ball games to walk and sit. And it is currently unusable. I am very dissatisfied at this time.

The walker I've been looking for!
I love this walker so much I immediately ordered a second one. Even though it is light enough to pick up and carry easily, my home is on two levels and I didn't want to carry any walker up and down the stairs the dozen or more times a day I make that trip. At the remarkably reasonable price the WalkMate three wheel rollator costs, it was well worth it to get two of them so that I have one for upstairs and one for downstairs and outside. And I am delighted I made the second purchace when when I did, because by the time it arrived, this great walker was already out of stock. If you see it in stock again, grab it while you can. I had been looking for walker a long time, and this magnificent three-wheeler is everything I'd been looking for! Big wheels, so it can negotiate outside terrain--and three of them, so the balance is perfect, no matter how uneven the ground is. Hand brakes, so there's none of that tennis ball craziness to deal with--and the hand brakes lock, so there is security whenever you want to rest. The suspended bag with drink pouch is something I use every day, so my hands are not occupied carrying things, leaving them free to steer. The cane carrier is perfect for carrying a cane with you for those times you can leave the walker behind. And oh, my goodness! The hand grips are extremely comfortable! Whoever designed this walker either uses one themself or has listened carefully to those who do. It has multiple height settings (at 5'3" I use the middle setting) for a variety of body styles. For those who complain that the seat is not huge, remember this is a walker, folks, not a recliner! You might not want to sit there to watch a ballgame, but even without padding, it does exactly what it is designed to do: it is plenty large enough for resting when you need to. When the walker is locked open, the seat is not deep, but it is certainly wide enough to take a rest. And did I mention that the colors are GORGEOUS? I got two of the red ones, and I am delighted I did, but If I were a fashionista, I might want to get all four colors so I could coordinate with what I wear. There are huge walkers you can get if you need a more comfortable seat, and there are plenty of more expensive ones, but if you just need a little support when you need it--and if you'd perhaps want to get more than one--this is the walker for you.

WOBBLE UNSAFE UNSTABLE: High Fall Risk for mobility balance deficit and hand support to sit/stand
Disabled Registered Nurse Personal Review with home health eval experience: Wobbles side to side at arm posts which could easily through off balance with someone that is already comprimised. At level 3 height mark of raised arm not so bad.....but at 6 max level----very very unsafe, unstable. I should send it back, but I am going to use and do a 3-day personal review for my own needs. ONLY REASON IS I have good balance and able to sit to stand independently without the need to use hands for sit to stand support. I need a lightweight walker for walk-sit-rest due to dystonia advanced to parkinsonism. I have been squatting to rest in superstores. I strongly question my judgement of trail because if I at any time would need a walker for balance deficit or need to use handles for any support to stand, this trike will most likely tilt over and place me at high risk for falls. Remember it's a trike. Therefore, being a healthcare professional, I highly recommend no one use this trike without the advice of a physical therapist approval. Its dangerous for anyone with unstable gait. Absolutely do not use for hip and knee replacement, please. If you do use trike, make sure you use BOTH hands, not one being risk for tilting over. Now overall review. Not high quality and I don't except to last long with frequent use. I am 5'3 and 155 lbs. and that weight is pushing the trikes limits in size seating in seat and stability to withstand weight. My back hips hit the back arm post slightly and uncomfortable somewhat. My bottom sides thank goodness is short of reaching the raised button holes and side seat post which would hurt and leave indention marks for sure. Would be ok for 5–10-minute sit rest but absolutely no longer, which is what I need. The mesh basket was surprisingly higher quality than I imagined but would not hold much weight compared to its big size. Brakes will not take any abuse, fragile. The 360 degree turning wheel is what it says it is, smooth. Most likely will return regardless being too easy to tilt as my right foot sometimes drags and I trip over myself, lol. Have a blessed, joyful, peaceful day. Assurance God is with us and see us through all suffering.

Light and maneuverable
Bought this as I can’t stand long enough to make a meal and my kitchen is too tiny for anything bulky. I can sit and scoot around my kitchen with this unit. It turns on the spot so doesn’t use extra room. It’s close to perfect. I originally planned to only use it inside my house but this one is so much lighter and easier to put in the back seat of my small car than the full sized rollator I have. Now I use this for most of my trips out unless I’m on rough ground and then the heavier one works best. Recommend this for slim people as the seat is only big enough for about a women’s US size 8 at most. Love this walker. Couldn’t make food without it and now I use it all over the place as well. Can also work as a knee scooter if you use it with care.

Don’t hesitate to purchase the walk mate for easy access when moving around
I enjoy my walk mate as I leave it beside my bed each night as a quick and easy access to walk where need be the size and sturdiness make it enjoyable to use and get around in your home. I take it in the car as it is easy to lift in and out.

For people with good balance
Bought this for my 92-year-old grandfather, whom still has pretty good balance. ***Just to warn... not to be used for unstable people. Was extremely easy to assemble and is lighter than other walkers. Great for in and out of the car ease and fits into smaller spaces. The only complaint is that the seat is not large enough for an adult to sit on. And make sure to constantly check the knobs, as they become loose easily. Would definitely recommend for people who need basic assistance and have small buttocks 😉

Life saver for my girls
Love this walker. My daughters taxi me to and from appointment as well as taking me shopping. They are not getting any younger 68 and 59. I noticed the original walker was getting too heavy for them to get in and out of the car. This concerned me and I started looking for an alternative. Thank goodness I found this 3 wheel scooter which weighs 1/2 the weight of the former walker. I don’t feel guilty any more as they are handling the smaller, lighter walker wit ease.

NOT BALANCED WELL. ⭐️⭐️USE AT YOUR OWN RISK!⭐️⭐️⭐️
Unfortunately, I can’t rate the product as zero! We purchased this walker for my mother to use in her apartment. It was used for 3 days when the walker tipped over and ripped her leg open. The massive wound required 25 stitches, she developed an infection and required skin grafting surgery and six months of nursing care to change the dressings and many ER and plastic surgeon visits before the wound was sufficiently healed and discharged from medical care.. I absolutely DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS WALKER!
