Great for 7 months
Beautiful pan, but it has completely lost its non-stick in 9 months of once per week use. The bottom also warped, and I never use high heat or pour cold water on it when it’s hot. It is way too expensive to be so short-lived.

Caraway Cookware- Griddle Pan
I have been looking for a griddle since buying my new stove. I looked into quite a few options but settled on this company because of their high standards and quality. This product comes with a warranty! Don't see that too often these days. I am very happy with the color choices they offer. I settled on grey and it was very close to the image in their ad. Very pleased with the look of the design. It's made from heavy duty materials and it's weightier than I expected. Handles are elegant and comfortable. The griddle has a 1" side for spill proof all in-one-pan oven meals. I couldn't be happier with this company. It's nice to see someone standing behind the quality of their products. I'm very excited to see how it performs. I will update my review then.

Excellent, holds the heat, super non-stick, cleans up easy. Ceramic coating looks thick
This is a really nice pot. It finished beautifully both inside and out. The square shape and the slightly raised edges make it perfect for preparing breakfasts. It weighs about 3 1/2 pounds, so it’s solid but not in the weight class of cast iron. I really like the handle which is attached to the pan with a Y-shaped section where the handle meets the side of the pan. It uses 2 large rivets for a secure attachment. The bottom has an extra pad layer that is about 1/8" thick and covers nearly the full bottom of the pan. When added to the overall wall thickness of the pan, this makes the bottom a little over 1/4" thick. The pad is ground flat, so the pan sits very still with no rocking on a glass top stove. The bottom pad is magnetic over the entire surface so this pan should work well on induction stoves. We tested the pan with cheese and egg sandwiches and pancakes with Carmel chips. As suggested, we used a medium heat and a tablespoon of oil. We gave the pan about 2 minutes to warm up. After that we didn’t have to make any adjustments – the pan held the heat well. And there were no hot spots. Both the egg sandwiches and pancakes made a mess on the internal surface of the pan. The cheese melted all over and the Carmel chips followed suit with burned sugar. The pot cleaned up easily with a paper napkin. We let the pan sit on the stove after we finished cooking till it cooled. We’ve learned from experience that you can warp a pot very badly by washing it when it’s hot. This is too nice a pot to experiment with. When it was ready the pot washed easily to nearly new condition. This pot costs more than we usually spend on a frying pan. But other reviews convinced us that this pan cooked exceptionally well and that the non-stick surface would last. We’ve had lower cost pans that cook pretty good in the beginning, but the non-stick coatings give out in about a year. Right now, we’re happy with the cooking and cleanup performances of this new pot – it meets our expectations. If we can get 3 to 4 years’ service, out of the ceramic non-stick coating it will be a win for us. In our hands and when cooking, this is a nice pot. It’s easy to believe it will last. This is a nice pot that lives up to initial expectations. We would recommend it.

Some disappointments, but customer service to the rescue
Looked at a similar pan that was one-third the price. Reviews mentioned non stick coating wasn't non-toxic and pan heated unevenly. I wanted a quality pan so I bought this one. Some of the reviews mentioned it wasn't completely flat, which is important for induction. Sure enough, it is higher in the center and the bottom area that is heated doesn't go all the way to the edges. But my induction didn't have any issues transferring heat with the uneven surface. Even heating wasn't great and that alone might have me returning this. It's a nice pan but it could be better, especially at this price level. I'm going to try it for another couple of days and see if it is worth keeping. UPDATE: Seller reached out to me about my concerns and they immediately sent out another pan. This pan when cold is not completely flat on the bottom, but from about 325F to 350F it is perfectly flat. Above 375F it is still acceptable, but the center is just starting to become a high spot. It's perfectly adequate for my induction cooktop. The customer service was 5 star plus. This is the type of seller I like to buy from.
