This is a great printer. I like how there are different options for colours, I chose the black and I am glad I did. I really like the simple design of this printer, it is super easy to opens, close and change the paper inside. I also like how it is a long roll of paper instead of individual sheets, so if I don't print off something that takes up a whole A4 sheet, there isn't a lot of blank space. I also like how quick it prints. It isnt as quick as a huge plug in printer, but that is to be expected. The power it has for such a small device is amazing! I have no complaints on how quick it prints at all! The printer comes with two chargers, and USB-C cable and a USB-A adaptor cable. It also came with a grey dust bag, ensuring that when I carry the printer around in my bag it doesn't get scuffed or dirty which is really appreciated! The instruction manual it came with was super simple to read and follow too. It is also quite a sturdy printer, whilst not being too heavy. It can easily be carried in my backpack for on-the-go use. Definitely feels like an expensive printer, it is great quality. Connecting the app to the printer took mere seconds too. The app is super simple to use and has different print settings that you can play around with to see what you prefer. As this printer uses thermal paper, it only prints in black and white, but this isn't an issue for me. Overall comments: Cons - -Doesn't print colour (this isn't an issue for me) -Slightly loud when printing (this also doesn't bother me as the convenience of the printer makes up for it) Pros - - Quick at printing. - Easy to connect via Bluetooth to the app. - Super compact printer with a dust bag, making it easy to transport and use on the go. - Uses a roll of paper inside the printer, so no need to carry paper alongside it. - Clear instruction manual which is simple to follow. - Don't need to buy ink This printer, for the cost, definitely deserves 5 stars due to its simplicity to use and it's lightweight and compact nature.

What a fantastic gadget

I have always had a big printer that took up so much room and cost money on inks. I decided to look into buying a thermal one. I chose this one and haven’t looked back. It’s small, portable and easy to use and good value for money. Prints out documents, receipts and much more as well as black and white photos all from an app you install. I’m not very technically minded but I was able to get it up and running all by myself!!! It uses both rolls of paper as well as sheets and it comes with its own carry case. I would highly recommend this.

Setup was quick, printing is fast, and the output is consistently clear with no smudging. I like that it doesn’t need ink — just load the roll and you’re good to go, which saves money and hassle. It’s compact enough to keep on a desk or carry around, and it connects reliably without constant troubleshooting

This is the worst product that I have ever purchased on Amazon. Honestly, it is not user friendly and it has to be operated via their app. After a while, the app stops working unless you subscribe to a year long contract. Please do not get ripped off like I did.

Design: I love the simplicity of this printers design, it holds a role of paper inside so you don't need to worry about carrying it separate. It has two buttons on the printer edge to open it, this makes it super easy to change the paper when needed. It's quite lightweight for it's size and feels very sturdy. It also comes with two different chargers, and a little carry pouch for it, which has space for the chargers too! Printing: It's a powerful little machine and prints quick. It does make noise when printing, but it isnt too loud in my opinion. When printing a document, darker yext ink prints better than lighter ink, but its all still readable and clear. Makes it super simple for printing on the go! App: The app is great too! Super simple to use. You can upload PDF files, images, or even create your own file using the easy to use editing section in the app. I connected to the printer within seconds, and within minutes I had uploaded a PDF file and printed it. Overall: I definitely recommend this printer. Whether it's for printing notes for studying (my main use), printing labels for packaging or printing pictures in black and white it's a handy device to have. It fits in my bag so I can take it anywhere too which is even better. Its definitely going to be a regular addition to my studying tools. The carry bag that comes with it makes it so that dust or debris doesn't damage the printer too. 100% recommend💕

Good quality thermal printer, works well with a real of paper and A4 thermal paper, easy to use and set up, printing quality is good too very good, Not add any paper jams, and in my opinion the product charges very quickly, comes with good quality case for storage, product is Light, and will fit in a laptop bag or work bag. I haven’t experienced any issues with this product. The app is also easy to use.

DELETE, ERASE, FORGET IT - The day after I wrote the review below, the printer WOULD NOT PRINT. It showed as connected & operating properly in my Control Panel and the printer itself was lit as if it was ready to go, but nothing I tried would print. I'll return it and have ordered a Jadens thermal printer, hoping it will wprk. I'm in a rehab facility, recovering from an accident, & needed to print a return label for another Amazon purchase. This little printer did a marvelous job. Connected easily to my laptop & the quality of what it prints is amazing. I'm using an Acer 17-inch laptop that's about 2 years old. Bad reviews make me wonder whether they are using a laptop brand that is no compatible with this printer. I find the quality of the printer and the stuff it prints surprising. Next day, I had disconnected the printer & turned it off. Had a hell of a time getting my laptop to recognize the printer. Finally it made the connection & printed out a half dozen pages of the same Word document. From here on out, I'll leave it connected so it will always be available when the computer is turned on. I also discovered today that the printer is $18 cheaper if you buy it from the Phomemo website.

Hace poco adquirí esta impresora térmica portátil y no podría estar más contenta con la compra. Es muy fácil de usar y me resultó sencillo conectarla tanto al Mac como al iPad. Pero lo que más me gusta es su increíble portabilidad y diseño compacto, lo que la hace ideal para llevar a todas partes, sobre todo en mi caso que viajo bastante. La calidad de impresión es sorprendentemente nítida para una impresora térmica. Los textos salen perfectamente legibles. Además, no requiere tinta, lo que supone un ahorro considerable a largo plazo. Otro aspecto que me ha gustado es su velocidad de impresión. Además, los materiales de los que está hecha parecen de buena calidad. La verdad es que esta impresora ha superado mis expectativas. Recomiendo totalmente su compra. PD: un 10 para el servicio técnico, me surgieron algunas dudas sobre su uso y me las resolvieron súper rápido.
