Works very well for helping me sleep. I most times only take one capsule instead of the two that is the dose listed. I have taken gummies of ashwagandha before trying these, but found the taste became an issue. In the end these work, are easy to swallow (despite being a bit large), are a value for the price, and work. So I would recommend.

This product really works. The only problem is the selenium. It’s way too much. My blood test was off the charts for selenium after taking this for 2 months. I now take it only twice a week.
