I found this case while looking for something that covers the front camera. My previous phone, I was able to use one of those slide camera covers along with my phone case and was happy with the privacy protection. With my new phone (iPhone 12 Pro), I wanted to see if i could find an all in one solution - front camera cover, rear camera cover, and protection from dropping the phone. Rear camera cover - clicking mechanism is solid and does not come lose in my pocket. Very simple to open with a finger while holding the phone to take a picture. 10/10 Phone protection - pretty standard for mid level protection. I'm not looking for bulky otterbox level protection so it's exactly what I wanted. Too afraid to do an actual drop test but based on build and looks, it looks like it should be able to withstand most accidental drops. 10/10 Front camera cover - a very small slip cover that is built into the case. When it's in place, it covers the front facing camera perfectly and can easily be flipped up when ready to take a selfie. The only drawback I have on the case is how easily the front camera cover will open when in my pocket. 9 times out of 10, it will not be covering the camera when I take it out of my pocket. There is no "click" mechanism like with the rear camera so it can easily go between open and closed while in your pocket. I rarely use my front facing camera so for me, I was able to solve this problem by jamming some air dry clay (I have an 8 year old, it always seems to be around) in the top camera cover so that it will stay closed while in my pocket. Very easily slips out when I need to take a pic and stays in place when I don't. It works and it doesn't bother me but I shouldn't need to do it. 7/10. Overall, this is a great phone case and I'm very happy with it. I think the price is a little high, $35 is a better price point, but happy to pay the premium as this is the only option on the market for me.

Substantially improved over previous versions of Spy-Fy privacy case. Soft rubber all the way around, buttons are perfectly placed, much higher quality than their older, hard plastic models of the same case. Some will complain about the simplistic front cover, but simple is always better, and it works perfectly. The rear camera cover is made from milled aluminum with a spring-loaded hinge system. As with previous versions, there is a hole for the flashlight, so you do not need to expose the camera lenses when using the flashlight feature on your iPhone. Having all cameras always covered is a spectacular privacy feature — One that cannot be overstated. Most people are unaware that their cameras are always on, even when they are not using their phone or their phone is off. People will walk around half naked in their home with their phone in their hand completely oblivious to this fact. Your cameras should be covered at ALL times, and every privacy advocate on the planet will tell you to NOT use facial recognition to unlock your phone or log into apps. It is almost as bad as sending your DNA into the Internet. Why would anyone with half a brain cell remaining ever do such a thing?! Crazy times! In short, this is really the only case option available that offers full privacy protection for all of your phone’s cameras. Covering your rear cameras is a step in the right direction, but still leaves you completely exposed if you are not also covering your phone’s front-facing camera. Well done, Spy-Fy.

After almost three years I had to buy another case. The case itself still worked but the front area cracked and the lens cover wouldn’t stay on, which is the essence of this case. Unlike other “privacy” cases, this one also covers the front lens, which is important. But also important is the case actually works as a case as well. After many years and too many falls, it’s still holding strong. Which surprised me sometimes when I dropped it from much higher than I should have onto very hard surfaces. Also, the company is great with great customer service. At one point the front lens cover popped off and I lost it. I was surprised the company didn’t sell replacements so I wrote to them. Then they shipped me a couple spares!!! Also, this new product comes with spare front and rear lenses, so they’re really getting ahead of any potential problems. Unfortunately, I had to take one star off because the price seems a little high for what it is. It’s no longer a nee hot item, there are other options on the market. Regardless of the price, the company seems to stand by their product and isn’t a fly-by-night copycat company that will change its name and disappear when you need their help. This is my second buy and likely not my last (wish they could bring the price down a bit though)

Spy-Fi: you’re kidding, right? Come on, joke’s over: where’s the real iPhone cover case? You know: a case made for grownups with functional, quality parts? A case that does anything remotely close to what your listing says it will do? For starters, this case is made of the cheapest plastic imaginable. I don’t care what the “drop tests” claim: there is absolutely NO way that this case will protect a drop of any height higher than your ankle unless the phone happens to be landing on a fluffy, soft pillow lined with goose feathers. The back cover is adequate, but the front cover (the main reason I bought the case in the first place, and a woefully unaddressed security flaw in just about every cell phone imaginable) is the biggest joke I’ve seen since a Jim Gaffigan comedy tour. It’s like one of those little plastic price tabs you tear off your shirt collar when you get home from the store (I kid you not); it literally could not be any flimsier, thinner, or inadequate. It covers NOTHING. Worse, contrary to the listing’s claim, it doesn’t slide, at all! It just sort of sits there, and apparently you’re supposed to wrangle with the rubber backing so that it kinda sorta moves out of the way whenever you need a selfie. But have no fear: since it doesn’t actually block anything in the first place, you won’t ever have to move it aside to use your front camera whenever or wherever you’d like! They do include extra parts, but let’s be really honest here: is it really a generous gesture by the company if each part looks like it came from a poorly made child’s toy from the dollar store? Even Hasbro would be embarrassed to lay claim to such thin, cheap plastic materials. To be fair, it’s possible that this case would be fine if it was sold as a toy, a paperweight, or maybe as a gag gift. But for over $50? Absolutely, positively NOT. I will be returning it on principle alone. Do better, Spy-Fi. Front camera covers are a seriously underserved segment of potential privacy violations, and you could have carved a real niche for yourself in the market. Instead, you went ultra-cheap and created something that fails the privacy conscious consumer at nearly every possible turn.

First of all, all reviews on this site are clumped all together for all the different model cases for the different model phones, which is very misleading. For instance, I looked at all the bad reviews and I don’t think any of them were for the iPhone 15 model spy-fy case. All the bad reviews were for one or two other iPhone model Spy-fy cases. It is unfortunate that they’re all lumped together on this one listing. In any case, I love Almost everything about my iPhone 15 max pro smokey colored soy-fy case. Years ago I bought the iphone 12 max spy-fy case. Now I have bought the iPhone 15 max pro smokey case. Spy-fy’s unique features include the flashlight cut out in the camera cover on the back, so that you can use your flashlight without opening the cover to your cameras. Simple and genius. The other unique, great feature is the front privacy camera slider. So simple and genius again. Their choice of rubber for shock absorbent is also very good. For the iPhone 12 max spy-case, They were missing the MagSafe option component and the camera cover slider door slider came open on its own to easily, and Also, the camera cover system would easily take damage on a fall. With the iPhone 15 max pro spi-fy smokey case, spy-fy fixed those two problems, adding MagSafe and changing the back camera cover system to a flip open door. However, they changed the rubber of the case to a slippery sliding rubber that promotes dropping. I love my spy-fy cases. I hope one day they get it 100% right. Still it was worth the money to support such a unique genius idea/company. Oh and a place to attach a wrist lanyard would be nice :)

This case is fantastic, and well worth the price. I tried stick-on lens covers, but they wouldn’t stick to the screen protector so I looked for a phone case with front and back camera covers - this was the only one so I wasn’t sure if the case itself would be good or if I’d be paying mainly for the novelty of a front lens privacy cover. I’ve now had it a few months and it’s been absolutely great. I dropped my phone in a restaurant on a hard floor yesterday and I didn’t notice until I got home that the back camera cover had popped off but otherwise the case protected the phone perfectly. The restaurant staff are looking for the back lens cover and hopefully I won’t have to buy a whole new case, I’m kicking myself for not checking at the time since I knew it could happen from reading another review - I only checked the smaller front lens cover, because it’s a bit more delicate, and it was fine. On the other hand there’s a good reason I didn’t think to check, I’ve dropped the phone before and the case is tough and holds up well - which is good, I’d rather lose the lens cover than wreck the phone on a cement floor. If I can’t find or replace the back lens cover I’ll buy a whole new replacement case if I have to because I can’t imagine using anything else now - I don’t want any phone case in the future that doesn’t have front and back lens covers. It’s creepy that other manufacturers don’t bother. I appreciate that this was the first good solution I found, and I’ll stick with it. UPDATE: I wrote to customer service about a replacement lens cover for the back camera and they sent me one - much appreciated! Next time I replace my phone, I’ll get a new version of this case. I can’t imagine switching to any other kind. Totally worth it and I appreciate the lens cover replacement a lot.

I am giving it five stars because I love the case, but I’m trying to figure out how to contact the manufacturer because the privacy plastic piece on the front must be independent because one day it just was not on my phone anymore, I’m not sure if it fell out or if it was me taking the phone case on or off or something, but I’m hoping to just get the plastic piece replaced if that’s possible.

In terms of the camera blockers this item works quite well. I appreciate that I am still able to use Face ID while covering my front facing camera. Other reviews stating that the covers often slide out of the way are true, I do have to check it’s fully in place at times. The sliders are prone to shifting in your pocket but overall design of them is decent. The case itself is a bit flimsy and the lip between the bottom of the screen and charging port does not cover this small area possibly due to warping, though it came like that out of the package. I am used to the Otterbox’s brand of grippy protective case and this one feels no where near that level of quality. It is slick plastic and very easily dropped because of it. As a whole I think this product’s integration of the camera covers is innovative compared to their competitors but its core function of protecting your phone is severely lacking. I would personally not recommend this product for the price point it’s sold at. $30 would be a very fitting price for the convenience the covers provide but this has no business being more expensive than a low rate Otterbox. In the future I will most likely be investing in a protective phone case and adding covers sold separately as opposed to this all in one product.

Nachdem ich einige Rezensionen, auch aus dem 1-2 Sterne-Bereich, gelesen hatte, waren meine Erwartungen an die Handyhülle (für mein Iphone 15) sehr niedrig und ich dachte bei mir, dass das wahrscheinlich ein typischer Fehlkauf war. Dieser Eindruck hat sich nicht bestätigt (darum scheibe ich auch diese Rezension, ohne Gegenleistung)! Denn ich bin jetzt nach 1 Woche Benutzung damit sehr zufrieden. Der Preis ist zwar etwas teuer, aber für ein Nischenprodukt auch noch gerechtfertigt, zumindest für das was man bekommt. Die Haptik der Hülle ist, für Kunststoff, relativ geschmeidig und gar nicht klebrig und es sind auch keine Grade/Nähe von der Produktion vorhanden, also völlig i.O.. Auch die semi-transparente Rückseite hinterlässt, anders als erwartet, nur wenige sichtbare Fingerabdrücke. Nur für meinen Geschmack hätte der "smokey" Ton eine Note heller seien können. Die (Haupt-)Kameraabdeckung sitzt bei mit sehr fest. In meinem Fall halte ich es nicht möglich, dass sich diese ausversehen in der Tasche öffnet (anders als teils beschrieben) und berührt auch nicht die Kameraobjektive. Die Kameraabdeckung lässt sich aber nur ca. in einem 150 Grad Winkel öffnen, also selbst wenn das Handy mit offener Abdeckung herunterfällt, sollte nicht viel passieren. Die Frontkameraabdeckung, so schein mir in Anbetracht des technisch Möglichen, (anhand der Dynamic Island) eine praktische Lösung und tut ihren Zweck, für den der sie braucht. Bei der Frontkameraabdeckung wurde jedoch der Rahmen etwas verstärkt, dadurch sind nur kleinere Panzergläser (also ohne schwarzen Rahmen) möglich, neben der Hülle, am Handy anzubringen. Der Rahmen der Hülle ragt auch ca. 1mm über das Display des Iphone 15. Bei mir hat sogar noch ein kleineres Panzerglas auf das Display gepasst und es berührt nicht die Oberfläche eines Tisches oder ähnlichem. Die Knöpfe an der Hülle sind aus Metall gearbeitet und gut eingefasst. Leider verändert sich aber bei mir der Druckwiderstand zu einem leichteren Druckgefühl, als zu ohne Hülle. Das gefällt mir nicht ganz so sehr, ist aber sicherlich auch Geschmacksfrage. Drum bin ich mit dem Produkt sehr zufrieden und die kleinen Mankos fallen für mich nicht so sehr ins Gewicht. Zumindest nach meinem Kauf kann ich die schlechten Rezensionen nicht wirklich bestätigen und würde der Hülle eine 4,5/5 geben (ich habe dann nach den Rundungsregeln natürlich eine 5-Sterne Bewertung abgegeben).

Ravi de mon achat car mon iPhone 13 pro est bien protégé. Une coque solide et pour le moment, je n'ai eu aucun soucis. Meme le petit cache qui permet de cacher la calera devant ne s'est toujours pas cassé !😅 Par contre, si par malchance, votre téléphone tombe sur votre pied, vous risquez d'avoir mal. Les points negatifs: - Avec La coque, le téléphone est plus lourde - un peu difficile d'enlever le téléphone de la coque. Les Point positifs: - protége très bien le téléphone des chutes . Meme si votre téléphone tombe sur le cote de l'écran, la coque dépasse un peu du téléphone ce qui protége l'écran ( si bien entendu votre téléphone tombe sur un sol plat sans caillou) - les caches s'ouvrent et ferment sans difficulté - bon qualité prix !
