I like this roller set. It’s lighter and somewhat smaller than a regular roller and tray - and I see that as a plus. It comes with two plastic trays and those and the rollers are easy to water wash, if you’re using latex paint.

The core is constructed of waxed cardboard. . I painted for four days - 12 hours in the hot sun. In between times, it soaked in water. Deterioration was noticeable in the end.

I switched from using a good quality brush to using high density foam rollers for the cabinets I have been building. The finish is very even. It isn't like a perfect sprayed finish, but it is much, much better than what I could get with a brush. From a short distance, the finish looks very smooth and even. Up very close, you can see the very small, tight pattern left by the roller. I am very pleased.
