Looks like a factory installation
Great product! Install was easy and really cleans things up. Been on the boat for a month or so, but really been getting tested in the last couple of weeks. The vinyl seems strong and is pretty flexible in colder temps. Should last a long time.

Cable Boot
Excellent replacement for a factory item ,Remove old Boot by using a razor blade impossible to disconnect lines going thru, Before Install of new one line up holes from old one to make a cut on bottom of boot cut will be at bottom of boot , can't be seen ,use tie tie to secure around lines

Perfect
Boot is good quality and works really well. Would suggest the reinforcement ring as added durability. Was very inexpensive for the boot and ring!! Happy Happy Happy!!

Good Boot Replacement
Rather than disconnect steering cables, I split the boot to install it. Am very pleased with the results.
