And I wasn't disappointed at all with what I found. I have a comparable set of headphones that these look like and that cost $300 dollars that are also foldable, lay flat and stylish like these and that is what made me want to try them was because I had to find out if they were really good or not and would do the job for my husband and maybe in the future I could get another pair. To my surprise they sound just as good that if my expensive headphones were discontinued and no where to be found I could live without them and have these because they give just the right amount of bass I need. Which says a lot.This set comes with a transparency mode which to me feels more like putting the headphones on a medium mode to where you still get bass and treble but you can hear more around you so your more aware of your surroundings for safety. I prefer to have them bass heavy so the ANC(noise cancelling setting) is what I like to set them too. If you follow the instructions that come with the set you will get these headphones to work at their most optimal level. To turn on the ANC while on bluetooth just tap the circular button quickly clicking the button instead of holding it for some time and you should turn them on and off easily. If you have the auxiliary cord connected then hold down the circular button for 1.5 seconds and then click again the circular button quickly and you should be able to turn on the ANC while not connected to bluetooth. That is a cool feature not even my $300 dollar headphones has and was a bit disappointing when I got them that I could only use the ANC while on bluetooth. I don't always use bluetooth and like to preserve the battery so I love using the cords so unfortunately I don't use my expensive headphones as often as I would like because of this feature lacking. But these headphones can do this and are a great affordable alternative.You can also make calls with these headphones and with the ANC the calls come out louder and clearer. Honestly, I don't think you can go wrong with these headphones once you have learned how to use them. You will be really surprised at how good this set really is. They come with a 18 month warranty plan already with the pair you just need to register them. They also come with a headphone bag to put your headphones in and a usb-a to c cord to charge the headphones to your computer and a short auxiliary cable for your laptop.The pros are:1. Stylish and still made well enough to do the job.2. Very light weight.3. The sound quality is excellent, they fit well, and with the excellent range, I can move from room to room with them on and still hear my audio book playing on my computer. These are more than worth the money. The only problem I have right now is that after over a year of use, one of the pad covers is splitting and exposing the inner padding. It is still functionable, but it will eventually become a problem and there apparently are no replacements available. ### ⭐ No so great after a few months *by C***O on February 25, 2024* So I've had these for a few months now and they've lost 3 stars since. (Feb 17/2024)After my initial review the volume down stopped doing anything but dialing 100% random numbers when pressed. It became a joke at my job to get my attention so I'd hit the volume down and then have to run over to my phone to cancel the out going dial. Not even remotely joking, pressing volume down would literally dial a completely random number on my phone.Now, a month or so later volume up and down do nothing but beep when pressed and I can no longer pause anything I'm listening to by tapping the power button.The noise cancelling used to work "ok" but now it has a weird hum that causes a headache when used so I don't use it any longer.I've only ever owned one other pair of noise cancelling headphones and I had those for YEARS and they never once failed, but this pair, is crap.On the positive, the battery lasts a full week of probably 7 hours a day of use.
